Launch of the Videojet® 6220 Thermal Transfer Overprinter
The new Videojet® VJ6220 is an intermittent variant of the VJ6200 series thermal transfer overprinter. It retains all of the breakthrough features of the VJ6210 such as clutchless ribbon drive, high quality 300 dpi print resolution, easy to use touch screen interface, USB message update and 0.5 mm ribbon gap. It is a compact unit differentiated by its shorter length ribbon and removable ribbon cover. The product will be available for launch in China, South East Asia and Korea only.
The new VJ6220 is targeted to meet the voice of customers using low throughput, intermittent only bagging machines. The differentiated 6220 also helps unlock the value of VJ6210; highlighting the VJ6210’s superior POD’s such as 600 meter ribbon length and ribbon cassette, essential for high throughput continuous application.
